I’ve been a huge fan of papercut artists for a long time now. I’m always fascinated by the things people can create with just a piece of paper and an x-acto knife! It’s truly amazing! Today, I’m continuing my love of papercut designs with these gorgeous pieces by Eugenia Zoloto. Based in the Ukraine, Eugenia has a style that is whimsical and sweet and totally original. As a lover of fashion, I was super excited to see her large-scale papercut dresses. I’ve never seen anything like them before and I want them all either hanging on my wall or in my closet! I really like the scale of the pieces and all the intricate details in the “fabric.” They’re so pretty, just like everything she does.
Eugenia’s really doing something new and interesting with papercutting, making me look at the art form in a totally different way! Be sure to check out more of her work on her Instagram page and via Etsy. Scroll down for her inspirations. Thanks, Eugenia!
